Affiliate Program - Terms and Conditions

1. AGREEMENT

By signing up as an affiliate in the Digital Doorway Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("Affiliate") and Digital Doorway ("Company").

2. ENROLLMENT IS FREE

To enroll in the Program, you must complete and submit the online application form. We will evaluate your application and notify you of your acceptance or rejection. Enrollment in the Program is free, and upon acceptance, you will gain access to our Affiliate Portal, which provides customized linking tools to help you promote our software.

3. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Compliance with Laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines when participating in the Program, including but not limited to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides.

3.2 Marketing Practices. You are solely responsible for the content and legality of all marketing materials, advertisements, and communications. You must clearly and accurately represent the Program and Digital Doorway's services. Customized linking tools provided by Digital Doorway are designed to make sharing our software with your network simple and effective.

3.3 Confidentiality. You agree not to disclose any confidential information provided by Digital Doorway during the course of your participation in the Program.

4. COMMISSIONS

4.1 Commission Structure. As a Digital Doorway Affiliate, you will earn a 20% commission on qualifying purchases of our software plans made through your unique affiliate link. The specific details of the commission structure, including any applicable thresholds or bonuses, will be outlined in your affiliate dashboard.

4.2 Payments. Commissions will be paid out monthly based on the payment method you selected during registration. We reserve the right to withhold or adjust commissions in cases of refunds, chargebacks, or fraudulent transactions. Our program is designed to ensure timely and reliable payouts, allowing you to focus on growing your earnings.

5. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using all marketing materials provided by Digital Doorway and remove all affiliate links from your website and communications.

6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Digital Doorway, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your participation in the Program.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Digital Doorway makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold through the Program. We do not guarantee that the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Digital Doorway be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas/United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

10. CHANGES TO THE TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure your continued compliance.
